Why Social Media Shouldn’t Be Your Primary Marketing Channel
Did you panic last week when Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp were down? This outage illustrated the important lesson of having multiple marketing channels to reach your community. Using social media for attracting new clients or customers is a great tactic, but be sure to bring them in to marketing channels you have a bit more control over, like your email list and website.
